Privacy Policy

We collect account information you provide directly (such as your name and email), information from social media accounts you choose to connect (such as profile details, posts, comments, and notifications), and content you create within Relay, such as captions and media you upload (images and video).

We use collected information to operate the Service, including publishing your content, and any media you've uploaded as part of it, to the third-party platforms you select, aggregating comments and notifications into your unified inbox, maintaining your connected account list, and improving the Service.

Images and video you upload to Relay (for posts, stories, or your media library) are stored durably in private, workspace-scoped cloud storage provided by our infrastructure provider, Supabase, Inc. Only members of the workspace an upload belongs to can access it; files are served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs. Uploaded media is retained until you delete it, delete the post or story it's attached to, or close your account, and is transmitted to the third-party platform(s) you choose when you publish content that includes it (see Social Platform Connections below). Supabase's handling of this data is governed by Supabase's own Privacy Policy.

Relay has live direct integrations with Instagram and Threads. When you connect one of these accounts, Relay collects an access token and basic profile information from that platform. When you publish, schedule, or reply using that connected account, Relay transmits your caption, any uploaded media, and comment replies directly to it on your behalf. Integrations with other platforms shown in the product (including Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Rumble, and Vimeo) are not yet available: Relay does not collect credentials for those platforms and does not transmit or publish any content to them. Account information, workspace content, posts, comments, and notifications you create or manage within Relay are real and are stored and processed as described elsewhere in this policy regardless of which platforms are live.

If you subscribe to a paid Relay plan, billing is processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. Card numbers and other sensitive payment details are entered directly into Stripe's embedded payment form and are transmitted to and stored by Stripe; they are never received or stored on Relay's own servers. Wolffe Corporation retains only the information necessary to manage your subscription, such as your billing email, selected plan, and subscription status. Stripe's use of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information, including uploaded media, with the third-party social platforms you explicitly connect, solely to carry out actions you request (such as publishing a post or replying to a comment); with Stripe, to process subscription payments; with Supabase, to store your account data and uploaded media; and with other service providers who help us operate Relay, under confidentiality obligations.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may disconnect any connected social media account at any time from the Connected Accounts section, which revokes Relay's access going forward. You may delete any uploaded image or video at any time from the Media Library, which removes it from storage. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing section. You may also request deletion of your account data by contacting us, or see our Data Deletion page.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Service. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

As the legal owner and operator of Relay, Wolffe Corporation is also governed by its corporate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at wolffes.com/terms and wolffes.com/privacy. Those corporate policies apply to Wolffe Corporation generally; where they conflict with this Privacy Policy on a matter specific to the Service, this Privacy Policy controls.
